We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with DreamAuto for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • The request includes your order number and the email address used for the purchase
  • You provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund

Processing of Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exceptions

While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, there are some situations where refunds may not be provided:

  • Requests made after the 14-day refund period
  • Subscription cancellations after the refund period
  • Cases of account misuse or violation of our Terms of Service

Subscription Cancellations

Canceling your subscription will stop future billing but does not automatically qualify you for a refund of past payments. To both cancel your subscription and request a refund, please follow the refund process outlined above.
